Terms & Conditions

Arts Muster Pty Limited is an events company that offers arts and crafts workshops, markets and other associated events. Please read and agree to these Terms and Conditions that apply to all events hosted by Arts Muster. By using our website and making a purchase you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.


  1. Tickets are only available from https://www.artsmuster.com.au.au/
  2. Ticket prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to GST.
  3. You will be issued with an invoice once your transaction is processed, which acts as your ticket to the event.
  4. Refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy [LINK].
  5. By making a purchase, you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card, or the express permission of the authorised card holder, to make the purchase.
  6. The ticket holder must be aged 18+ or, unless expressly stated on the workshop page that participants may be aged 16+.
  7. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the “materials fee” stated in the workshop description directly to your tutor at the commencement of the workshop.
  8. When you purchase a ticket or attend one of our events, you agree that you are responsible for your own safety and property, and that you release Arts Muster and its officers, directors, employees, suppliers and agents from any liability for any loss, damage or injury you may suffer as a result of attending any event hosted by Arts Muster, to the extent permitted by law.



  1. You must present your invoice at the commencement of a workshop as proof of your ticket purchase.
  2. The venue allocated for your particular workshop is at the discretion of the organiser.
  3. You agree to abide by any instructions or directions issued either written or verbally by the organiser and its agents for the duration of the event, including but not limited to, parking, use of amenities, lunch breaks, cleaning and site hygiene guidelines.
  4. In the event that a workshop has to be cancelled, for any reason, Arts Muster will give you as much notice as possible, and give you a full refund.
  5. In the event a workshop is cancelled and Arts Muster is able to offer a suitable alternative, you will have the option of a full refund if you do not wish to attend the alternative or another workshop offered in the program.
  6. You must not broadcast or record the workshop or any other events in the program without the express written consent of the organisers, except for non-commercial social media purposes.
  7. You must not photograph, record, publish or share the proprietorial content of your workshop without the express permission of the workshop tutor, except for your own personal use.
  8. You understand that the organiser will take photographs and videos during the event that we reserve the right to use on our website, our social media accounts, and in our marketing materials.
  9. You agree to behave in an appropriate manner towards the organisers and fellow participants at all times, including not using offensive language or actions, and not threatening public safety or the reasonable enjoyment of other participants. 
  10. You must comply with any COVD-Safe directions that are laid out by the organiser, including on signage and written instructions to tutors and participants.
  11. Arts Muster reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is in breach of these rules, without refund.


COVID-Safe plan

  1. Arts Muster agrees to implement the relevant COVID-Safe plan as specified by Service NSW at the time of any event.
  2. `you must not attend any event if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been directed to self-isolate.
  3. You may be entitled to a refund if you test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of your ticketed event and you can provide reasonable evidence. Please contact us before the event commences, as we will not provide a refund after the event has started.



  1. Arts Muster reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions when required.
