Dear Artisans,
We are pleased to announce the next Artisans Market will be on Sunday 27 April 2025, in the Huskisson Community Centre, 17 Dent Street Huskisson, open 10am-3pm.
Applications for a stall are now open.
Please note, due to the popularity of these events, and the realities of staging them, we have a new plan and fee structure. This is to ensure a great experience for everyone involved. We thank you for your support, because it’s your beautiful works and friendly attitude that help create a great event.
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully, then complete the application form. We will be in touch with you asap to confirm your place at the next event and send you an invoice to secure your spot.

Stallholder Application Form
By submitting this application form, you confirm that
- You have read & agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Arts Muster may use the images & text you supplied in your application for marketing and promotion purposes
- The goods for sale on your market stall are your own, substantially made by you.
This includes original works of art or craft, images on products such as greeting cards or calendars, craft kits & instructions. If you are not sure whether your goods meet the criteria for this artisans market, please contact the organiser on [email protected] to discuss.
Once we have confirmed your place, we will require full payment.
Terms & Conditions for Stallholders at an Arts Muster Artisans Market
- Payment of invoice is confirmation of your booking.
- Fee Schedule:
- Main hall, carpeted area and foyer $50 per table
- ‘Artists’ Annexe’ $65 per table + grid wall
- Insurance contribution $10 (or certificate of currency)
- Optional: Credit Card facility $10 + transaction processing fees
- If you have your own insurance, a copy of your certificate of currency must be provided at the time of booking. Otherwise the insurance fee will apply or your booking will be void.
- No refunds for cancellation within 14 days of the event.
- No credit will be offered.
- Organiser’s decision to accept application is final and based on max number of stalls available. If not selected, you are able to reapply for future events.
- Allocation of stalls/position is the organiser’s final decision.
- Single tables only available to ensure many artisans have an opportunity to participate. Table is a standard 6’ trestle (180cm x 76cm)
- The layout of stalls has been made to comply with Shoalhaven City Council Workplace Health & Safety regulations.Stallholders are not permitted to bring any racks, easels or other additional display items for use in the building.
- Use under table for your storage, keep area around tables clear.
- On-table display only – stallholder to provide own table covering and display
- Artists’ Annexe: If you have been allocated a grid wall, please stick to the weight limit (12kg max) and display hooks supplied for safety.
- Bump in and bump out times to be strictly observed: Doors open 8am, be ready for trading no later than 10am. Trading ends 3pm. Bump out to be completed by 5pm.
