Hang your plants in style with a macrame plant hanger made by your own hands. Under the expert tutelage of Sharon Stone, in this half-day workshop you will learn the basic knots used in macrame, then choose your cords and colours to create your own stylish plant hanger that will zhuzz up even the simplest pot plant.

About Sharon

Sharon Stone is a macrame artist based in Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, and is the creator behind Knots & Tidelines. She works with natural fibres to create simple yet elegant macrame pieces, ranging from wall hangings, hat hangers and plant hangers to smaller pieces such as keyrings and diffusers. In addition to macrame, Sharon also works with genuine sea glass, creating unique framed pieces and jewellery.

With a focus on traditional knotting techniques, Sharon enjoys sharing her skills through hands on workshops that make macrame approachable for all skill levels. Her work is shaped by a love of handmade craft and the calming process of working with rope and texture.
